Our Plans

In order to maintain an element of flexibility we have devised our plans on an hours per month basis and standard services included, this ensures that the jobs which are important to you get done, and ad hoc or urgent matters can be dealt with in an effective manner at a know cost.  The level at which you wish you property to be managed, and your requirements serviced, will determine the level of plan which is right for you.

Most of your needs can be met using our Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum services. However if you have a more bespoke or individual requirement then we are happy to work with you to design a service that meets your needs - Diamond Plan.

Bronze Plan 

Available from £50 per month

Recommended for a small holiday home or apartment (1 -2 bedrooms).

Included as standard:

• Secure key holding
• 1 x Routine internal / external check per month
• Monthly status report with photos
• Inclement weather checks
• 1 hour per month of additional services

Silver Plan

Available from £100 per month

Recommended for larger privately owned holiday homes or apartments (3 -5 bedrooms)

Included as standard:

• Secure key holding
• 1 x Routine internal / external check per month
• Monthly status report with photos
• Inclement weather checks
• 2 hours per month of additional services

Gold Plan

Available from £150  per month

We would normally recommend this plan for a property which is being rented (1-2 Bedrooms)

Included as standard:

• Secure key holding
• 1 x Routine internal / external check per month
• Monthly status report with photos
• Inclement weather checks
• 4 hours per month of additional services to be used as necessary
• For example; 2 x meet and greet / changeovers, 2 x Cleans / linen changes

Platinum Plan

Available from £200 per month

Recommended for rented larger properties (3-5 bedrooms)

Included as standard:

• Secure key holding
• 1 x Routine internal / external check per month
• Monthly status report with photos
• Inclement weather checks
• 6 hours per month of additional services
• For example; 2 x meet and greet / changeovers, 4 x Cleans / linen changes

Diamond Plan

A bespoke service individually tailored to meet your expectations.

Platinum level of service as standard

• 6 hours per month of additional services
