Gas Bottle Exchange

If your property uses gas bottles, we can exchange these for you. We recommend two bottles at the property, so when one runs out you can let us know, and we will collect it and exchange the next time we are passing.

Severe weather

Unusual weather events in the UK do occur extreme cold, wind, rain, ice or snow. We will in such events ensure that extra checks are made on your property for signs of damage or potential issue. We are on hand to keep an eye on your home.

Alarm Management

We understand that an alarm call is not ideal, therefore we are on hand to receive or coordinate any alarms calls received, and report back to you the level of incident.

Linen Laundering

We can meet your linen laundering requirements as you deem necessary.

Gas/Fuel /wood deliveries

We can arrangement and coordinate your fuel and wood deliveries and conveniently stack your logs in preparation for winter, so ensuring you can keep your fires burning.

Working with your contractors

We understand that you may already have contractors in place which you are happy with, we can in such instances manage them on your behalf.
